It's that time again!!
Join us for this tranformational End of the Year Releasement time!!
Time to review this past year and observe all that you experienced, learned and how much you grew! A good time to look at the struggles, triumphs, triggers, blocks, movements, changes and so much more!
As you do this, start writing down (and literally you want to write a letter that you will release during or after our ceremony) all that you are ready to release, surrender and walk through! Then write it all down, and together we will hold space for each other to face and embrace it all and then let it go!!
Once we let it go, we are fresh to set our intentions and be ready for this new awesome year that is upon us! it is time for gratitiude and to Celebrate!! A great time for a (on your own) drum /music circle.
Join us via zoom, with your letter (it will be kept private) in hand and your readiness to connect, share and/or express. We will check in and I will be sharing some guidance/messages, have some discussion time and then intention setting, preparation for meditation, I will facilitate a guided imagry meditation to assist us in the final releasing process and to ready our beings for the awesome shifts and unlimited blessings of the new year! We can follow up with a little more sharing/discussions.
